What is she doing there? I may sound cynical but seems like it has become the politically correct thing for celebs to do these days....what purpose do they really serve going to these places? Are they taking money, food, medicine/medical supplies? I hope when they go to these places they are doing some good and not just hoping that other people seeing their faces will bring some kind of intrest or support...
