It is extreme and just before a show they manipulate their sodium and fats and jeeeeeeeeeeez the rebound after a show is just insane - 10-14 lb gain just in water is a mind fuck.

Anywho - I've done all three and you can/should modify them they are just a guideline to follow. I find that I add a lot more fruit and I won't say no to a decadent meal out or a dessert if that's what I want and I just need a break. Your body's smarter than you and will scream loudly when it needs change we just choose not to listen a lot of the time.

And people are different how they respond to diets - I like a cheat meal or day for my sanity. I don't miss most breads like in sandwiches b/c I have an allergy to wheat, yeast and flour (I'll still eat them on occasion but it's not worth it for me unless we're talking PIZZA!).

Mmmmmm pizza
