Crack cocaine will tear the teeth right out of your head. Plus it'll drive you completely nuts. Actually her appearance and behaviour is pretty normal for a crack addict (especially weight loss).
As a matter of fact, I've seen about a hundred girls like that on Vancouver's Downtown Eastside (the city that the damned call home).
