
^^Yeah, I've seen that. And I was like what the hell? But I think that's because some lighter Hispanics want to consider themselves white. Just like some lighter blacks like to consider themselves white. You can't change your race, just ask Michael Jackson.

I don't know too many people that consider Hispanics white. And Hispanics from Central America are still Hispanic, they just have a lot of Indian blood in them. The Guatemalens are descended from the Spainards who mixed with the Mayans.
I mean, Spain is in Europe and Spainards are considered European, but that doesn't make people from Spain white. Just like white South Africans are from Africa and are considered African, but they aren't black.
For example, my grandmother was Indian and my great-great-grandfather was white, but that doesn't make me Indian or white. I'm still black.
