It's rude to take upskirt shots, but I really don't see how her being pregnant makes it more rude. Maybe 'heavily pregnant women' should wear more appropriate maternity clothes or at least put on underwear beneath their pantyhose if they plan on wearing a short dress. It's not like she's new to the pap scene.
