That's what they tell you in the ER when they don't want to deal with your condition or it's not immediately diagnosable. Obviously it doesn't matter if you're famous or not or how good your insurance is, everyone gets the same sh*tty care.

- edit - I see now that the diagnosis was made when she "sought her own check up." Still, "exhaustion" is not a diagnosis and if her arm and leg are numb she needs to get a follow up. A lot of people are suffering from conditions that are hard to diagnose and doctors dismiss them, but numbness on one side does sound heart-related. Where is House when you need him?

So she took her assistant to the ER, asked someone about her own one-sided numbness, and was told it was exhaustion, probably after they did just basic blood work. It was a dismissive diagnosis in the ER.
