But my bet is that Tom made her sign something contractually where he comes out on top (more custody of the children) and maybe he is a dick and won't let her really be photographed/spend time with her unles he approves it first. And sinec he's promoting his new flick, he is def gonna be the one seen with the children.
Tom is a sick fuck, bottom line.
