I can't believe that all the Hogan family care about is their son going to jail... he was recklessly driving, he was over the limit and his actions have left another person a permanent vegetable... how callous and arrogant can they possibly be?
If he was my son - thank god he is not - I would have kicked his ass into next week and would not be publicly making excuses for him.
Jail might suck, but I'm fairly certain it's better than being left permanently incapacitated.
