Ummm... the kid was not only NOT wearing a seatbelt but got into the car with him knowing that he likes to speed and race. For all we know, he could have been cheering him on. Not to say this at all excuses Nick's actions. He's a spoiled little prick that deserves jail time, BUT the kid knew what he was getting himself into and he is halfway to blame for his current condition. He wasn't forced into the car.
