i do believe there are a LOT of people to blame , in addition to Nick. I wont bring up the seatbelt issue, since its a given. but, what about the police? he got off Scott free for his previous speeding predicaments. his parents? continuing to give him the tools he needed to drive fast? the companies that sponsor this moron? i'm sure the list goes on and on.
