See, I don't think it was all that wrong of them to expose him for what he was. If my father was a hateful person, or used hateful language and somehow justified it to himself while making people believe he's an upright citizen with the utmost moral compass, only interested in getting criminals off the streets--I would expose him for the hypocrite he was. Especially if he was acting like this toward my significant other. That must've been the last straw.
And I wouldn't think it was wrong. His actions have consequences, simple as that. I would, however, think it was a shame my father was like that.
