A few thoughts:
1. Women are always scruntinized and crucified more diligently than men for doing the same things, particularly in matters involving sex. Men are expected to fool around, especially rich powerful ones. Women are only really supposed to tolerate sex to please men and if they genuinely enjoy it they are trashy whores.
2. This is also an attempt, in my opinion, to reinforce the idea that any woman who is powerful or ambitious is a closet lesbian because any real feminine woman would be content with second billing, or just being associated with a powerful man.
I swear, if they try to bash her with this shit she will get my vote on principle (which is saying something since I would normally never support a socialist).
