The biggest A list film actor I could find who has been evaced is Mel Gibson. Other than that, Kelsey Grammar, but I don't think he's A list. So for #3, I'm going with....

Mel Gibson. He's pretty fucked up.

WAIT! The other big A list name is Sean Penn. There have been a lot of BIs lately about him, so I'm changing my vote to Penn. Mel has kids at home so as much of a freak he is, I don't think such videos would be out for all to see.
