True Bella, but it was his recklessness that cost that guy his life. He wasn't controlling how fast his foot was on the pedal. Yeah, if he was drunk, he never should have gotten in the car, but you can't control how reckless someone is when they drive, or know beforehand. I don't understand...I had a friend who was sober but driving recklessly, too fast, when we were in high school, and crashed his car and his girlfriend died. He was charged with vehicular manslaughter. Why have there been no charges filed against this guy? His daddy's influence? I just think his blatant disregard for his "friend" is what is so shocking. I would be sinking into a deep depression if I knew I was responsible for something like that. And my parents would have beat me if I wrote something so stupid on my myspace page, trust.
