Hollywood actress DIANE KEATON has announced plans to launch a clothing line with comedienne ELLEN DeGENERES.

The stars, who both enjoy wearing trouser suits, have realised that they share a passion for looking glamorous without flashing their flesh - and they want to use their similar tastes to start a business venture.

Keaton says, "I do want to go into business with (DeGeneres). I would like to have a clothing line. I'm not kidding, I'm serious... I have a lot of ideas... I'm into sports clothes."

DeGeneres adds, "There are a lot of women who don't always have to wear very tight clothes... Whoever contacts us legitimately, we wanna do something serious."
