Grey's Anatomy star PATRICK DEMPSEY popped into a neighborhood market to make a quick purchase, got back in his car — and nearly had a heart attack when he heard a voice from the back seat coo in his ear: "Hi, there... I'm such a big fan! Can I please have an autograph?"

Dempsey literally flew out of the car and turned to confront his female intruder, ordering her to exit the vehicle NOW! Incredibly, the smiling young woman shook her head and said, "I'm not going anywhere until you give me an autograph!" Before Dempsey could say another word, she yanked open her shirt, offered him a Sharpie marker and instructed: "Right here, across my breasts, is where I want you to sign... please?" Stunned and exasperated, Dempsey responded, "If I sign, will you get out of my car?" Looney Lassie nodded agreement, so he grabbed the pen and John Hancock-ed her juggernauts.

The gal thanked him, buttoned up her shirt and — as she exited — told Dempsey, "Next time, you might want to lock your doors!"
