You are so right, MaryJane! The reason why these catwalk models are so freakishly skinny is because it's all about the
clothes, and the clothes look best (so they in the fashion biz say) when they're a very small size and
hanging. You can't get clothes to hang on a woman with a bunch of curves.
Have any of you seen fashion designs?
The problem is, people in the (catwalk/haute couture) industry want models to look like cartoons. And, I gotta say, regarding the model in question: she doesn't look unhealthy to me, but she sure as hell don't look like she's in her normal weight range (normal for her metabolism/dietary & exercise habits).
