I've seen pregnant 11 year olds. It's usually pretty traumatic for them. They're scared shitless. Hell, even girls who are much older (but still underage) are usually scared shitless. Especially if it's their first. Sometimes they have to be completely put under...general anesthetic, like the old pre-epidural days for women who couldn't handle natural...where they wake up and there's a baby.
