I could have used this birds and bees intro when I got my period at age 9 and had no idea how it worked. Took me a couple of months to catch on that it was a monthly thing. So yeah I can see others being just as or even more clueless than me.
Though actually having sex at age 10, and conceiving, I can't fathom.
