I eat about 5 meals a day but not loads at one sitting. I don't stuff my face with just junk either. Ok, maybe the chocolate pie and donuts aren't that healthy but it's not a whole box. I've already gained 30 lbs and I still have 5 months to go. I think for some women it's easy to gain the weight b/c they limited themselves to all the fat free low carb crap before they got pregnant. Fat free stuff literally makes me sick now that I'm expecting.
I'm not making excuses for anyone I'm just saying when you've lived the "healthy" lifestyle before getting pregnant it doesn't always work when you are expecting.
