Yup you guys are right, its Speilberg.
The movie had to be War of the Worlds, not Mission Impossible 3.
Im bored, I did some research. I guess the filming of that movie was really when Tom lost his marbles.... check out this that I found:

Wow, I wonder if it was the Speilberg's CHILD who received treatment at the place the Scientologists demonstarted at. If so, no wonder Kate Capshaw was hopping mad! And he set up a TENT on the set for Scientology? Damn, no wonder SPeilberg was pissed too!
