How do we know the "replace your makeup" thing isn't a rumour perpetuated by the cosmetics companies so that we buy their stuff more often? I only wear my mascara once every six months...
Also: mooncups FTW! Much lower risk of TSS than tampons & never leak. And environmentally friendly.
Dr. Bronners soap is good too...it doesn't have any weird chemicals and you can use it for everything.
