^^ I respectfually disagree with you. Her not being of a healthy mind is a fact, but its something that things can be done to remedy and she's turned her back on all that help.
I just hate her for having no sense of RESPONSIBLITY. I dont have kids, but I do have a dog so I understand in a small way. Sometimes I dont feel like going outside to smoke, or taking her for a walk, or picking up the dog crap, or waking up at 3am to get her more water. BUT I DO IT. When you take responsiblity for another life, everything changes. For Britney, NOTHING has changed. This is what makes me the most angry about her.
However, I'm betting that now that the courts are wise to it all, things will change. The judge has the authority to do all sorts of things now, from forcing her to enter rehab or face jail time, to having her psychologically evaluated and potentially admitted involuntarily. And have her kids taken away.
An angry judge is a creative judge and it sounds like she's got a good one, so I think its bound to happen.

I dont think thats something to latch onto... people could be honking at her, she could be swerving or cussing, etc. All things that could freak a child out.
