Right now Britney is so far into her drug addiction/mental illness that she lacks the ability to see herself clearly (the way others see her). Anything anyone says isn't getting through to her, she's literally in her own world. She needs medical help and detox before she'll even realize what's going on in her life. Right now she's in la la land!
