Well this explains a lot.The Judge obviously believed his statements and others statements about her;he issued pretty over the top orders for her to follow,ones she can't possibly fake her way through and now we know why.
I'm shocked they're in her care at all at this point though. "Don't let her go swimming with the kids"...
