I was thinking the same thing. I grew up in a household that believed in busting your ass when necessary, but these kids are 1 and 2 years old. They are a little young for corporal punishment to be an issue. I have seen stupid people spanking very young children on the legs when I was a kid, but thought we had sort of evolved from that mindset.
