A judge, on the other hand, can legally take away her kids. Whom, in her own dim way, she still loves and doesn't want to lose, as much as her actions seem to show otherwise. More importantly, she can't "cut the judge out of her life" like she did to everyone else who tells her what to do.

Yes, I agree with your points about the judge and her rebelling against anyone who tries to advise her, but I think she would rather lose the kids and have douche have them as
skbenn said rather than get herself together. I do agree that Kfed may turn out to be a fairly decent father, but he is still a douche. Hopefully the judge will do what's necessary, although she's gonna have one hell of a time with no lawyer
