Weird. I just got back from spending the whole week in St. Lucia. Thank god she wasn't at my resort and I didn't see her (it's not a big island, and tourists typically do a lot of the same things while there). That would have freaked me out. This bloody vomit thing is incredibly disturbing if true...means you have internal bleeding or alcohol poisoning.
