Most kids do push the limits and see what they can get away with, but letting this little smart ass off twice for speeds over 100 mph is criminal IMO. I am not worried about him-what about the innocent person he may hit going that fast?
If he wants to drive that fast, fine, no poblem-do it on the race track and not a public highway, you little inconsiderate shit.
