Well, I don't have separate accounts, one for my income, and one for my child support, so I can't say exactly who's dollars pay for what, but I will say that 95% of my income goes into raising my kids and about 30% of his does, so if I happen to have paid all the bills, grocery shopped, and gotten the kids everything they need before the day he pays his child support on, then you can bet your ass that I may end up buying my self something or whatever, as long as the kids are taken care of, it's no one's business what I or anyone else does with child support, as long as the kids are taken care of who are YOU or ANYONE to say what is right and what is wrong. I'm sure that everyone's situation is different, as well as how they handle it. I will say that my ex doesn't even pay enough for me to grocery shop for my two kids, and still gets to see them when ever he wants and is actively helping to raise them even if I have them 75% of the time. He doesn't give a shit what I do with his child support check as long as my kids have everything they need, he looks at it as paying me back for money I have already spent on them.
Also, she can name her baby whatever she wants to, how do we know that he isn't OK with it and helped her decide it.
