I can understand Mary-Kate wearing short tops without pants but she's tiny and it doesn't look like she bought her stuff at Gucci Kids. I love wearing tops like Britney's but if it's too short, I wear short shorts underneat. Makes it look like I don't wear anything under but I actually am. It's called class.
