How much discretion does the judge have in cases like these? Because I think that if I were a judge, I'd agree with nana that everything together is damning and good cause for at least removing visitation from her, even if each separate incident is legally ok. If I were that judge I'd at least make sure her time with those kids is supervised for a good long while and make her prove her ability to be a good parent while supervised.
