I got mine off Ebay (lot cheaper that way than buying from the .com site) and all my smile lines and beginning of crow's feet were almost completely minimized within first week of using it. You put a warm wet towel on your face before doing it to open your pores. It's great. My BF even noticed after the first week, that's how great my individual results were. And I hadn't even told him I was doing it.
