The only thing my child has ever had from McDonalds so far is a yogurt parfait. We were on the road, hungry and needed a snack. He doesn't watch TV with advertising, so doesn't see the marketing and hasn't had anything else.
I think parents whether wealthy or not who let their kids watch unrestricted TV and do feed their kids McDonalds at an early age might be represented, but our kid couldn't tell the difference between something wrapped in McDonalds or something wrapped in Licks wrappers.
