She looks like a typical pageant baby to me. I've even seen 'em way more tricked out way younger than this girl. Fucking freaks.
And after reading what her momma had to say about "other kids" I was shocked (but found it hilarious) that she, herself looks like a relative of "Sloth" from The Goonies. (80's movie)
