Headaches aren't in the same class as migraines. I get both. A migraine will have you curled in a fetal position in a darkened room. Light hurts. If you blink your eyes it hurts. If you move your head, even slightly, it seems as though your brain is slamming into the sides of your skull. They can last for several days. I've never been able to narrow down triggers or found a medication that works.
