She is pregnant. That cover of US magazine that proclaimed "Yes, I'm pregnant" was ok'ed by Nicole's PR rep, but it was off the record. US magazine wasn't really even going to have a cover about Nicole's pregnancy but I guess they needed a way to confirm it for the public without actually saying anything.
She also said that the media knew about Christina Aguilera's pregnancy way ahead of time but they were waiting for her rep to say something. But now her belly is showing and it's obvious to everyone she is pregnant.
