Agreed. Speaking spanish isn't discrimination, it's more a necessity. People need to get out of this one language mentality. I am looking to take a Chinese(Mandarin) speaking course at the local college. It's the changing of the times and if I want to get ahead I need to adjust to it. I am a minority when I walk into a press box, into a room full of white middle aged men and I am the only woman of color. Not fun.
