Sometimes, when you want people to sit up and take notice of something wrong you can't be nice and polite about it. You have to make some noise, and that's what she did. It was risky, because she could lose her job, but she stood up for her convictions

I agree too that Paris isn't news, has herpes, is a skank, and should not be on a serious news channel, but let's face it CNN's first priority is to make money and that is done by bringing in ratings, so no she's not gonna lose her job, maybe this will even get her a job with more exposure than reading the news on a basic cable morning show. How many people who didn't know who she was yesterday do now? That added exposure is all she really wanted from this, standing up for her convictions was at best a nice bonus. By buying into it as a selfless act and allowing it to convince them that she is a respectable news person people are allowing themselves to be used by her cheap ploy to get ahead.
