I don't very much of these sort people and their petitions.

Let's face it screaming children in a pool all afternoon, parents that scream and curse at each other outside as if it was everyday conversation, 3am parties, screaming drunks, 7am construction, 6 days a week for 2-3 years, barking dogs at every siren all grow very tiresome very quickly.

If you don't want neighbors - like your peace and quiet - YOU MOVE - buy 50 acres in Kentucky or Montana and STFU.
