I don't think they're filming a scene if the crew and the camera, which isn't pointing at them, are in the shot.

Plus there are more than a couple pics of her gazing adoringly up at him, giving him that inappropriate body hug.

I think they must just not care that there are people around or think they are slick and that nobody
can *prove* anything since there's no tongue or penetration.

I don't know, I think the body language seems really inappropriate.
