I think it's Paula Abdul. She had an affair with Jackie Jackson back in the early 1980's when he was still married, and they divorced sometime later partially due to this affair. Next thing you know, she goes from choreographing the Laker Girls to his baby sister Janet's videos, and next thing you know, her singing career blew up. And she is always a little "off" on American Idol.
