Of course she's getting a kick out of it she's an attention whore. I could understand if she was walking down the street and her strap accidentally fell and she quickly pulled it back up. But if you look closely at the two pictures below you will see that she has purposely pulled down both of her straps on her dress and is posing for paparazzi pictures. Who the f**k does that??!
