I sure as hell wouldn't want to tune in to my favorite show and have the characters replaced with politicians and lawmakers, because they are not qualified to entertain me. Much the same way entertainers are not qualified to educate me on politcs and religion. And although each celeb is entitled to their opinions, too many of them take advantage of their fame and air-time to spout off about shit that I can very well make my own opinions and decisions on. I've heard enough out of Rosie's mouth to last me a lifetime. I say good riddance.  |
I couldn't agree more. Very well said. I put very little stock in any actors or celebrities opinion. Just shut up and act. Actors are very fortunate to have one of the easiest jobs in America that pays very well if you make it. Noone thinks acting is nuclear physics. I would be happy if I didn't have to hear any actors opinion, left or right.
