I think Elizabeth is a naive and misinformed girl---however, she doesn't strike me as being particularly malicious. She has every right to express her opinion, and beating up on her and treating her like a piece of shit is absurd. People don't remember how to be civil? How to agree to disagree? How to put a damper on it and just shut the f*ck up?
Alicia Silverstone is ridiculous----none of these people are classy.
They're bullying Elizabeth because she's an easy target. I think Elizabeth is, for the most part, a good person, probably more than most of the women on that show. Meredith is awesome--she was diplomatic and intelligent and didn't berate anyone even if they disagreed with her, but after she left (and she was the only thing keeping that show together), Elizabeth was left alone to fend for herself in the lion's den.
