I'm always pulling for Chloe to pull off some uniquely awesome look. Most of the time she comes off looking like a nut-job with no fashion sense. This isn't as weird and unflattering as usual, but it'll never get her on a best dressed list. I don't really "get" her fashion sense, but I give her credit for choosing not to be a fashion zombie who just tries to dress like everyone else.
