I don't have kids, but I wouldn't think any Dr. in his/her right mind would let a woman who had just given birth a couple hours before go strolling downtown for coffee. And I can't imagine any woman who had just given birth would want to

Again, no kids, just going by how exhausting and strenuous I imagine it is.
