If I were Katie, I wouldn't worry about the contract. If he tries to enforce it, it will become public. The very fact that he made her sign a contract would destroy his reputation and confirm what everyone already suspects- that he's a gay control freak who auditions girls to be his beards. Once the details of the contract were revealed, his credibility and career would be gone.
She needs to get out of this relationship and then work the talk show circuit and maybe do a couple of magazine interviews about the dangers of joining a cult.
