This is so stupid. India has a booming sex worker population, AIDS is soaring, and husbands are excused when they cat around. Condoms are discouraged because it's an admission of sex and even when they're donated free of charge to prostitutes, the women still won't use them.
A kiss on the cheek is the least of India's problems.
