World's smallest park returns home (to Oregon of course)

PORTLAND - The world's smallest park is back where it belongs on the median of Naito Parkway in Portland.
Mill Ends Park is only 24 inches wide. It was moved to sit near the World Trade Center for about a year while its home was under construction. It was returned Friday amid fanfare.
The Guinness Book of World Records lists Mill Ends Park as the smallest in the world.
